Beef

We sell our beef by the quarter, half, or whole animal and the price is based on hanging weight. The average hanging weight of our beef is approximately 600lbs. Processing is done at a state-inspected (or equal to) facility, and locations may vary. The cost of the processing is paid by the customer and varies depending on specific cutting instructions. We typically schedule butchering for the fall of the year, and quantities may be limited.  Contact us at any time during the year to reserve your meat and inquire about availability.

Chicken

We butcher all of our chickens on the farm and process them in accordance with MN regulations. They weigh an average of 4 to 5 pounds after processing.  Whole chickens are weighed, labeled, packaged in a shrink-wrap plastic and immediately frozen. Please let us know at the time of ordering if you are interested in having your chickens cut up before they are frozen.

Turkey

Turkeys will be processed on the farm and in accordance with MN regulations. We expect them to weigh an average of 12 to 18 pounds after processing.  The whole turkeys will be weighed, labeled, packaged in a shrink-wrap plastic, immediately frozen, and available in time for Thanksgiving.

Eggs

Eggs are hand-picked daily and sold on the farm. The colors of eggshells are brown, white, and blue/green and will vary with each dozen. Cage Free.
